Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuoteCraft, a quoting, job and invoicing tool for upholstery and furniture-repair businesses. QuoteCraft is provided by Fred's Customs ("we", "us"). When you use QuoteCraft you are contracting with Fred's Customs.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use QuoteCraft, you agree to these terms. If you use QuoteCraft for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and that you are of legal age.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use QuoteCraft within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around its technical limits, including AI credit limits.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• No interfering with security, including malware, probing or scraping.
• No using the AI features to create illegal, hateful or misleading content, or trying to bypass their safeguards.

Your content and AI suggestions

You keep ownership of the photos, customer records and other content you add. You let us host and process it only to provide the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

AI estimate suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing every line before sending a quote to a customer. We may remove content or limit AI features that break these terms. Rights holders can report infringing content by contacting us, and repeat infringement may lead to account suspension.

Intellectual property

Fred's Customs owns QuoteCraft and its software, documentation and branding.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plans renew automatically every 3, 6 or 12 months until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work hard to keep QuoteCraft running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
